Cuttlebug Winter Wonderland - White Christmas Baubles

Hi and welcome to my little world :-)

I thought I would have a little change of scenery from making Vintage cards to make some quick and simple cards for Christmas using one of the folders from the fabulous new set by Cuttlebug called "Winter Wonderland".  It is available here at Fat Cat's Card Corner.  I have made a couple of others which I will upload here to my Blog over the coming weeks.

The gold snowflake on the ribbon was diecut using my Cuttlebug Snowflake #2 die and gold cardstock, then I glued some very fine gold glitter to it.

The longest part of the card was waiting for the glittery snowflake to dry!  Here is a little close-up of it.  It was lovely and sunny here today, so I was lucky enough to catch a little bit of sparkle in the photo!

I am popping this card into the Clean and Simple Challenge CAS75 of 'Dry Embossing' over at Splitcoaststampers.  It's great that there is no time limit to play the challenges at Splitcoasters so you get to see lots of people's cards made for each challenge.

I am entering this card into the Our Creative Corner Challenge of "It's Embossable" where you can use any type of embossing on your card, eg: heat, dry etc.  Wish me luck!!

Thanks again for stopping by!  Back in a few days with a birthday card.

Jocelyn
